Labor Day is over, which means we’re officially entering the best stretch of the year. 👻🍂🎄✨

Spooky season → cozy season → merry season… and I’m here for ALL of it. 🤎 Who else is ready for the “ber” months?!

Meet my new best friend… F***y 😂🤍

She may not be the most stylish accessory I’ve ever had, but what’s inside this little bag may have quite literally saved my life.
Pregnancy is such a beautiful and wonderful thing. Our bodies are capable of doing something truly incredible—but pregnancy can also come with so many unexpected twists and turns. You can have the easiest pregnancies in the world and then suddenly find yourself facing something you never imagined.

That has definitely been the case for me this time around.
What started as a kidney stone turned into procedures, excruciating pain, hospital stays, and eventually needing a nephrostomy tube placed to drain my kidney. Without F***y doing her job, things could have become very serious very quickly, including the possibility of going into septic shock.

It’s been a huge learning process—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I’m learning how to navigate everyday life with a tube and bag attached to me while also continuing through pregnancy, being a mom, a wife, and slowly getting back to doing what I love.

So, as I make my way back into the treatment room, please bear with me. 🤍 I may move a little slower. I may have to make some adjustments. And occasionally, you might even catch a glimpse of my not-so-fashionable sidekick, F***y. 😂

I cannot thank everyone enough who has reached out, checked on me, sent messages, and been so incredibly understanding when appointments had to be moved around. I’m also incredibly thankful for the nurses, doctors, and hospital staff who listened to me and advocated for me when I knew something wasn’t right.
But my biggest thank you goes to my husband. 🤍 He has been my absolute rock through every single part of this—the pain, procedures, hospital stays, scary moments, and everything in between. I genuinely don't know how I would have gotten through any of this without him by my side.

Pregnancy is beautiful, but it can also be unpredictable. This experience has given me an entirely new appreciation for my body, for the people who take care of us when things don't go as planned, and for the people who stand beside us through it all.

For now, F***y and I are a package deal. 😂🤍

And I’m incredibly grateful to be getting back behind the treatment bed, even if it means taking things a little slower for a while.

Thank you all for the love, patience, and grace you’ve shown me. It means more than you know. 🤍

A little life update 🤍

If I’ve seemed a little MIA lately, it’s because life threw me a bit of a curveball. I’ve been in and out of the hospital and ended up needing surgery last week, which meant unexpectedly stepping away from work for a quick minute and having to rearrange quite a few appointments.

I just want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to every single one of my amazing clients who has been affected by this. Whether you’ve had to reschedule, move your appointment around, or simply sent a kind message checking in on me — your patience, flexibility, and understanding have meant more than you know. 🤍

As a small business owner, having to step away unexpectedly is never easy. I care so much about my clients and my business, so knowing I have such an incredible group of people supporting me has made a stressful situation so much easier.

I’m taking things day by day, giving my body the time it needs, and looking forward to getting back into the treatment room and seeing all of your beautiful faces again. 🫶🏼

Thank you for supporting me, being patient with me, and allowing me the space to take care of myself when I needed it most.

🏕️ Camping Mode: ON ☀️🌲

Just a friendly reminder that I'll be out of the office until June 12th enjoying some much-needed camping time with my family.

During this time, I will only be checking messages in the evenings after my kiddos are asleep and will spend about 20 minutes responding to texts, calls, and appointment requests.
