I’ve been personal training for almost 10 years, and I’m passionate about helping people become stronger, more confident, and capable of things they never thought possible.

Fullbright 15K 🏃‍♀️

Yesterday’s race was all about finishing. I went into it with absolutely no expectations for my time, and honestly, that took a lot of pressure off.

I hadn’t run more than 6 miles in over a month. After Top of the Rock, my recovery took longer than I expected, so I put running on hold and waited until I felt 100% before getting back out there. (Finding time to run miles with a toddler, running two businesses and training for races just hadn’t been on my side)

So, finishing 9.3 miles in 1:37:51? I’m really happy with that. ❤️

This race wasn’t about chasing a PR. It was about running without injury, enjoying a beautiful day, soaking in the atmosphere, and being surrounded by some incredibly supportive people.
My only goal was to have fun and I did exactly that.

Sometimes the biggest win isn’t the time on the clock. It’s getting to the finish line healthy, happy, and proud of yourself for showing up.

Great job to anyone who ran yesterday!!
