When was the last time you did something just for you? We live in a world where doing for ourselves is looked at as selfish. But of we dont do stuff for ourselves then other mental and physical factors set it.
Massage is important for self care. Just as necessary as taking vitamins, eating well and getting exercise. It's not something I say because it's my job but something I truelly believe in and also practice myself. It doesn't matter if you feel you need it, there will always be muscles to work out. It's worth putting into the budget.
