The vision is a room of people with skin glistening from sweat they earned, fogged up mirrors from powerful breath, and blood pumping from exploring the edges of their practice. While our temperature is lower, the energy we bring is not. Our experienced teachers know how to sequence classes that fire you up from within - tapping into strength and resilience you didn’t even know you had.
*As someone who taught yoga in 100 degrees for 15 years, no shade on the hot studios! I simply see another way: the same fiery flows, the same intensity, but it’s fueled by generating your own heat, and with a little more room to breathe.*
Our 🌶️ FLOW classes will offer the most intensity, with FLOW being a bit softer, and RESTORE being geared towards rest. PILATES, SCULPT, BARRE and FUSION are all intended to build strength and endurance that compliment the yoga practice. Strength is the foundation, resilience is the goal.

🌼 May Mood: Nurture yourself into full bloom.

Outside of the studio, perhaps you put your phone down more. Delete the apps that are keeping you stuck. Go for a walk with a friend. Cry. Get outside in the sunshine. Get your hands in the Earth and garden. Hug someone you love. Grab dinner with someone who makes you laugh. Start a meditation practice.
What’s best for our mental health doesn’t have to look one singular way. There isn’t one universal trick to happiness and stability.
One thing we would challenge you to work on this month:
🪫 When you feel drained or overwhelmed, take a 5 minute break. Take a deep breath and ask yourself, is there something that could help me feel a little lighter right now? Maybe it’s something as small as a couple deep breaths and some quiet. Maybe it’s writing out a list of all the tasks swirling in your head (get them out of your head and onto paper). Check in with what is in your control right now and what’s not.
Create a life you don’t need a vacation from. Step by step. Day by day. Let’s do it together 🫶🏼

MEET LAURA LAMPERT ☀️
Laura is a classically trained Pilates Instructor, with almost 25 years of experience. Her training comes from instructors who have been taught directly under Joseph Pilates and his proteges. She has taught all over the world from Boston to Singapore to California to NYC! Laura is also a kickass Barre teacher and fuses Barre and Pilates together in her FUSION class. Her knowledge of the body and the Pilates method shine in every single class she teaches! Check out her schedule:

What can people expect from your classes?
My classes are intentional, focused, accessible, and fun. I always teach to the bodies in front of me, never from a script.
What’s your favorite exercise to teach right now?
The Roll Up. It’s just so yummy, but also has potential to be incredibly challenging
What’s your favorite part of teaching?
Watching students do something they didn’t think was possible. Whether it takes weeks or months. That moment of “I did it!!” Nothing beats it.
What always makes you laugh?
My dog, Griffin.
