1. When we ask how the pressure is, we really want to know. If you'd like more pressure, less pressure, or something adjusted, please tell us. We won't be offended—we want to get it just right!

2. Let us know if something hurts. Massage should be therapeutic, but it should never feel unbearable. If something doesn't feel right, speak up so we can adjust.

3. Tell us your likes and dislikes. Whether it's areas you'd like us to focus on, areas you'd prefer we avoid, preferred pressure, music, temperature, or anything else—please share. We carefully read your intake forms and appreciate the information you provide.

4. Please don't be shy. The more we know, the better we can customize your session to meet your needs.

5. Not every therapist is the perfect match—and that's okay! Every therapist has a unique style and approach. If you've had a session that wasn't exactly what you were looking for, please let us know. We'd love the opportunity to help find the therapist who is the perfect fit for you.
