👋🏻 Hi, I’m Heather Laureles, owner of Volume Beauty Lounge. I’ve been behind the chair for 13 years, specializing in blonding, balayage, and extensions, while also loving a good color correction and creative vivid colors. I’m also a proud Trust+Mane hair extensions educator.

At 15, I lost my father, and my family went through an incredibly difficult season. We lost everything—our home, our family business, and the stability we once knew. My mother lost her partner and provider, my brother struggled with addiction, and I turned to alcohol at a young age. Growing up with privilege and suddenly having to rebuild from nothing was devastating, but it also shaped my resilience and strength.

In 2012, I began cosmetology school at the Georgia Institute of Cosmetology and married my husband in 2015. I worked two jobs while in school, without family and close friends , I truly don’t believe I would have made it through. That season marked the beginning of rebuilding my life and discovering my passion for helping women feel confident and beautiful.

Becoming a salon owner had always been my dream, and in May of 2022, that dream became a reality. Today, I’m proud to lead Volume Beauty Lounge, home to an incredible team of talented, supportive, and loving stylists. I pray that we continue to grow, thrive, and build a beautiful future together.

Life isn’t always easy—it has highs, lows, and unexpected turns. You may not get to choose your circumstances, but you do get to choose how you rise from them. This wasn’t an easy story to share, but if you’ve read this far, thank you for taking the time to hear my journey. I hope to see you in my chair someday. ❤️
