We were able to see some softening in the appearance of those deeper lines, but this is only the beginning.

What Are Tyrosinase Inhibitors? 🤎

If you’ve ever struggled with dark spots, melasma, or post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation, you’ve probably heard the term tyrosinase inhibitor.

Tyrosinase is the enzyme responsible for helping your skin produce melanin, the pigment that gives skin its color. When tyrosinase becomes overactive due to sun exposure, inflammation, hormones, or acne, excess melanin can be produced, leading to discoloration.

Tyrosinase inhibitors work by slowing down or blocking this process, helping to reduce the formation of new pigmentation before it reaches the surface of the skin.
