Spent my morning with one of my favorites. Brought back those bouncy, face-framing layers, movement, and flipped ends that made 90s hair so good - then we refreshed her roots and glazed everything with a warm golden brown to create this rich, glossy chocolate brunette.

No new highlights needed—just beautiful warmth, shine, and dimension brought back to life for a fun new fall refresh.

What a wild, beautiful ride it’s been - hard, rewarding, hilarious, and more fun than we ever could’ve imagined. I hang out with my favorite people every day.

We feel so blessed to come to work here every day, do what we love, and share it with the people who have supported us so fiercely along the way.

We have continued and will continue to grow our education to give you guys the best experience year after year.

Dark Color Removal → Dimensional Brunette

This was a process! We started with layers of artificial dark color and a goal of getting lighter while keeping the integrity of her hair our first priority.

This session included color removal, corrective lightening, an all-over color, dimensional foiling, a toner, and a trim.

Color correction isn’t about forcing the hair to the lightest possible result in one day. It’s about getting the maximum safe amount of change the hair will allow, then creating a beautiful, wearable result with what we uncover.

We will come back in a few weeks and do another session for more dimension and lightness but walking away from a 3 to a 6 was the perfect starting point. 🤎

Big updates:

1. Today I got my business license from the city of Martinsville so I can setup for Octoberfest (and any other craft fair).

2. I am working with local businesses to stock kits for you to grab around town. Stay tuned for a list of where you can grab a kit!

3. We have are working out locations and dates for community events! Fall is generally very busy for craft fairs and birthdays!

We spent an hour doing a multi step scalp wellness session. A healthy scalp leads to healthy hair.

Scalp Scope > Clarify > Detox > Scalp Massage > Reconstructive conditioning treatment > Final Scope.

These photos are taken before and after in the same area of the scalp my client had the most issues with. Amazing how much clearer this is, and how much happier the follicles are with out buildup.
