Monarch Massage Therapy

Thats a wrap on September!
Today was my last working day of this month.
This month flew by but it was a beautiful one.
I just wanted say thank you to everyone who made that possible.

See you on October 🫶

Let it be heavy.
Let the limbs relax.
Let your breath even out.
Let your heart find clam.

I'll hold the space for you.

From fitness stretches, deeper work for pain relief or, relaxing at the end of the day.
I've got your back.

This Friday September 18th, I will be closed due to a family situation.

Saturday and Sunday September 19 & 20, I will also be closed while I attend a class to bring new skills and knowledge back to my practice.

I’ll be back open during my normal hours this Monday! Thank you so much for your understanding and support!

Had a surprise visit from Oso!

This 14-week-old is on his journey to become a service dog.

He relaxed in the waiting area while his human had their appointment.

Service animals are always welcome! 🤍
(Just not on the carpet 😉)

"All labor that uplifts humanity has dignity and importance and should be undertaken with painstaking excellence." - Martin Luther King Jr

Have a safe labor day weekend!
I will be here all weekend and closed that Monday to go on an adventure with my family.

Setting up for today’s sessions.
The word of the day is "Support."

We can all use a little support from time to time, whether it’s an extra pillow (or 4), or just a kind word to each other.

Thank you for letting me support your journeys,
By supporting mine.🤍

From a rainy morning to a sunshiny afternoon.
Just like the weather, its okay to reset and restart.

After a wonderful day, i'm ready to go soak up some sunshine and reset for tomorrow.
See you then!
