—Bringing luxury to YOU— Handtied Extension Specialist | Certified Hair Loss Specialist

07/04/2026

A reinstall appointment shouldn’t be a rescue mission..

Your extensions should still be blending with your natural hair. Your color should still be cohesive. They shouldn’t look choppy or disconnected..

If your extensions only look seamless when they’re freshly installed or heavily styled, something needs to change.

My goal is to create hair that grows out beautifully—not just hair that’s Instagram-worthy for 24 hours. 🤍

Luxury results. Real-life wear. That’s the standard. That’s my standard.

INSTANT glow-up—this look was made for her. Like are you kiddingggg.

People see the beautiful transformations, the fresh blondes, and the confidence boost.

What they don’t see is the chemical exposure, the hours on our feet, the repetitive injuries, the skin conditions, and the long-term health risks many hairstylists face behind the chair.

People think artistry is easy, but they don’t see that we sacrifice our bodies more than most people realize.

To every stylist showing up every day and giving their clients their best even when their back hurts, their hands ache, and they’re running on caffeine and determination… I see you. 🖤✂️

What’s a hairstylist horror story you’d add to this list?

To the women chasing dreams, building businesses, raising babies, serving others, and somehow making it all happen.

I see you. This is your reminder that you don’t have to fit into one box.

As a hairstylist + client, I understand that it’s rarely just about changing your hair.
It’s about releasing versions of yourself that survival created. Versions of yourself you outgrew. Attempting to create an artistic masterpiece, a manifestation of what we are on the inside to be beheld by the world in this chapter of life.
Pain has taught me that transformation is a necessary bridge to healing.
You can change your appearance, but we know real growth happens within. It’s quiet, painful, and deeply personal.
They say ‘heal from the inside, out’. I say heal YOUR WAY. Healing isn’t linear. Healing isn’t a destination…. it’s a journey.

“Behind every ‘hair trauma’ story is someone who trusted a stylist and left feeling disappointed, insecure, or unheard. Technical skill matters in this industry — but listening matters just as much. Grace is essential because none of us start out knowing everything. The stylists who truly grow are the ones willing to stay humble, keep learning, own mistakes, and genuinely hear their clients. That’s what separates a good stylist from a great one.

At the same time, we’ve all been clients too. Let’s normalize open communication with the people providing our services. Let’s normalize speaking up, asking questions, and advocating for ourselves with confidence and kindness. That’s where trust is built — and where real growth happens. ✂️🤍”

One of the biggest details that separates a seamless extension install from an obvious one? COLOR MATCHING 👏🏼

Not just the hair…the beads and thread too.

When doing a sew-in install, every tiny detail matters if you want true invisibility and a natural blend. Beads and thread that are too light can catch the light and peek through the hair much easier, especially with movement or thinner density areas.

Pro tip: if you don’t have an exact match, always err on the side of going slightly darker rather than lighter. Darker tones naturally create more shadow and stay hidden better within the hair.

It’s the small technical details like this that make extensions look undetectable ✨

Six things that make a GREAT hairstylist — and none of them have to do with going viral ✨

• Being responsive when clients reach out with questions or concerns
• Creating an environment where clients feel safe, comfortable, and heard
• Prioritizing your client’s hair health and long-term goals over temporary wants
• Making yourself available when it truly matters
• Choosing quality over quantity every single time
• Having the confidence and education to say “no” or “not right now”

One thing I hear constantly from new clients is how unseen or unheard they felt in previous salon experiences. Hard to reach. Rushed appointments. Stylists saying yes to services that ultimately damaged their hair.

Truthfully, this industry is so much deeper than hair.

We spend hours with people during some of the best and hardest seasons of their lives. There are real conversations in the chair about relationships, trauma, confidence, motherhood, grief, healing, and starting over. Trust matters here.

A good stylist isn’t just someone who can make your hair look pretty for a photo. It’s someone who protects the integrity of your hair, communicates honestly, respects your time, learns from their mistakes, and genuinely cares about the person attached to the hair.

Sometimes the best thing a stylist can say is:
“Not today.”
“Your hair isn’t ready yet.”
“Let’s a goal and formulate a plan to reach it.”

The right clients will always appreciate honesty over instant gratification.

I don’t care how “controversial” it sounds—Jesus is the foundation of everything I build. ✂️✨
This isn’t just a business to me, it’s a calling. Every client, every chair, every transformation… it all points back to Him.

My work is my worship.
My business is His ministry.
+ the glory will always be His. 🤍
