Had a fairly slow day today at Marysville Pride, but great conversations AND my adorable assistant sold two of her paintings!

Just submitted my application for another Farmer's Market. I might be coming to you on Saturdays from Marysville.

I love foraging in my own yard.

Yellow Rice Recipe:

2 1/4 C Water
2 Cubes Chicken Bouillon
2 Tsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 Tsp Onion Powder
1/2 Tsp Turmeric
1 1/3 C Jasmine Rice

1. In a medium saucepan, add all ingredients EXCEPT for the rice and bring to a boil.
2. Add rice and return to a boil.
3. Stir well, cover, reduce heat to low.
4. Simmer 20 minutes.
5. Enjoy.
