Here are 3 simple, relatable signs you may be overdue for a massage:

Hello and welcome to Burnt Oak Massage & Wellness!
I’m Anastasia Emms, owner and Licensed Massage Therapist. I’ve been an LMT for over 8 years now, and my journey has taken me from working in spas and a chiropractic office, to working on my own, and eventually growing Burnt Oak into something much bigger than just me!
Today, we have an amazing team and offer massage therapy, yoga, Reiki, Full Moon Meditations, Reiki classes, and more.
And we aren’t always in the office! You may also find our team out in the community providing chair massage for local businesses or heading into the mountains for cabin calls—and we definitely don’t mind when those come with a great view!
