WELCOME BACK!
We will be re-opening on Monday 5/25/20!
We are so excited to welcome all of our GREAT customers back to our salon! At Great Clips, you are in great hands, as all of our stylists have been professionally trained and certified with the most up-to-date sanitation protocols. Safety of our team and our clients is our # 1 priority. We will be meeting and exceeding the new strict state and local COVID-19 hair salon safety guidelines. Please be patient, as it will take a few extra minutes between customers for our hard working stylists to execute our very thorough new safety procedures. Here are a few items that we want to highlight as we return to business:
1) Masks are required to be worn by all of our stylists and our clients per the state requirements.
2) Our lobby is closed and we will be operating by appointment only per the State’s requirements.
a. Please use our online check-in system to schedule your same day appointment. You can do this at Greatclips.com or by using our free App (Great Clips Online Check in).

3) Please arrive at the salon 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time and check-in with the front door reception person.
4) When you check in, you will be asked several health-related questions.
a. If you are not feeling well today, please come back when you are feeling better.
5) Please provide us with the best phone number to be able to reach you.
6) After you check in, you will be asked to wait outside or in your vehicle.
7) You will be called or notified when you are next to be serviced.
