🤰🏼 This pregnancy has just been kicking my butt yall. Like I mentioned in my first of the month post, thank you for all your patience.

😔 Sadly I do have a couple updates on which are going to change things up as I cannot keep up with four people a day:

1. Within the next month I will sadly be cutting down to only 3 a day, and because I have a family to still take care of I will be getting off earlier, meaning my 3:00/4:00 may be getting cut out of my schedule.

2. I also, will NOT be taking on anymore deep tissue clients. I physically can’t do it and I wouldn’t want to waste your time trying.

3. Online booking will likely be shut off but if you’re a new client you will still need to pay the deposit via a link sent.

⭐️ With all this being said, I do have a list of wonderful therapist that I will be happy to refer/ give their information out.

❤️‍🩹 It’s been really hard to make this decision, but I have to put the health and safety of myself and baby girl first. I appreciate you all and hope for some grace and understanding.

💜 Before we know it I’ll be back from maternity leave at full force! 💜

🎃 Hello October! 🎃

I just want to thank everyone who’s been super patient with me during this pregnancy. It’s been much harder this time around than when I was pregnant with Lydia. If im being transparent with you all, it’s been taking its toll on me mentally too, not just physically.

I truly love and have a passion for this job and when I let you guys down it kills me. I know for some they take time off to come, some rearrange their schedule, but ultimately I know you all look forward to your time on the table.

So I appreciate those of you who are understanding, I’m so thankful that you don’t leave and want to go somewhere else, and I’m blessed to have the best of you with me. So know that I don’t ask to reschedule just w***y nilly, I’m trying to listen to my body for the health of baby girl and myself (or for Lydia if she obviously needs me).

Anywho, here’s to hopefully a better month in October!!

It’s crazy to think it’s been 25 years since this tragedy has happened.

I’ll never forget sitting on the floor in school, lights are off and Mrs. Peterson was waiting patiently for answers.

Fast forward to that night, sitting in the living room with my family watching it all unfold on the news.

I will never forget those who made sacrifices, those who were lost, those who risked everything to serve our country.

✏️ So crazy school is back in session, but I hope all of yall got to enjoy summer to the fullest!!

🤰🏼 As for a little bumpdate, I’m moving into month 5 of pregnancy! Craziness, I know.. I’m feeling mostly good but definitely starting to feel the pelvic and low back pain towards the end of my day. I’m going to try some things to see if they help but if not that will mean I’ll be cutting back a bit. I’ll keep you all posted to the best of my ability of course.

I will be on a family vacation this week, if there’s a need to reschedule you can still reach out and I’ll get back to you when it’s convenient.

✏️ It’s crazy to think summer is almost over and school is about to start.

📵 Just a heads up the week of the 10th I will be on vacation, and won’t be as responsive. Please use the online booking link, it’s all up to date and accurate with openings. If you need to cancel or reschedule, yes reach out but know it could be a few hours.

🥳 And now the big surprise is… 🥳

🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒 We are growing into a family of 4 coming January!

💜 A HUGE thank you to the clients that have kept this secret, sadly they had to find out by being rescheduled! This first trimester is COMPLETELY different than it was with my daughter and has caused some hiccups for me working.

I’m not completely out of the red zone yet for symptoms so I ask for patience and grace!

⚠️ I’m technically due Feb 5th, but if my pregnancies mirror each other there will be some random changes that may be made throughout this journey.

I’ll plan to truly slow down mid November/ beginning of December. There’s chances of me slowing down sooner also, I will just be trying to listen to my body for baby and I’s safety.
