I want to say a HUGE thank you for all of your support in my transition to the new salon location 🤍 ❤️ The past 5 months have been busier than ever and I am so grateful for your patience and waiting in the busy weeks! My updated schedule is Wednesdays-Saturdays as well as some Sunday afternoons to help accommodate more appointments 📒

It’s that time of year again…Thanksgiving is in about 4 weeks, and then Christmas a little over 8 weeks away 😬 There are still some openings in November, but December is almost completely booked. I know most of you have pre-booked for the holiday season, but if you have not, now is that time! 👏 Please text me soon if you think you will need in in the next two months, if not, I will see you in 2022! 🎉

Attention Salon Clients!! 🚨🚨

I have some exciting news! Effective June 1st, I will be moving my salon business to downtown Mason! 😀 If you are familiar with the area, my new location will be right next to the Mason Public Library, at Salon Suites Off Main. I have loved my time at Salon Concepts, but this is a great opportunity for my career as a hairstylist and business owner in the coming years. My last day in West Chester will be Saturday May 29th, and then I will be moving Memorial Day weekend to resume business that week! 💇‍♀️

**All currently scheduled May appointments will remain the same at Salon Concepts in West Chester, and all June appointments will be at Salon Suites Off Main in Mason. 📒 I will be including location/address information in your appointment reminders for the coming months. May is booked solid, and June is almost filled as well, so please reach out if you need your summer hair-do! 🗓

My Updated Salon Practices Beginning May 15th

- Please text me from your car to let me know you have arrived for your appointment. I will let you know when to enter once I am finished with the person before you and have sanitized everything. 🧼

- Masks are mandatory for me, recommended for you. It is your decision to wear facial coverings. (Ohio State Board of Cosmetology guidelines) I will have a small supply for those that may forget theirs and would like to wear one, but please bring your own if you choose to wear a mask. 😷

- Please do not bring anyone with you to you appointment that is not receiving a service. There is an exception for those requiring a parent/guardian or caretaker. This will help to limit excess traffic in the building. 🚦

- There may occasionally be appointments scheduled during processing times. This is allowed, due to the ability to maintain the 6 ft social distancing rule in my suite. If you would be uncomfortable with this, please let me know and I will make other arrangements for your appointment. 👌

- I will be moving to a paperless checkout system, which I will be able to email receipts should you need them for your records. 💳

- I ask that if you are experiencing a sore throat, fever, any symptoms of coronavirus, or have been around anyone experiencing symptoms, that you please be courteous and reschedule your appointment. I will completely understand. 🤒

Friends 🤗 - DeWine announced today that salons can open next Friday, May 15th! I just wanted to let you all know that once I get my extended hours coordinated with my family, I WILL be reaching out to each of you that have missed your appointments as well those have texted or called to be put on my list, to book. Once I have received all information from my owners and state board for new operating guidelines, I will begin booking. I haven’t forgotten about you...thank you for being so patient and supportive through this! Can’t wait to be back next week! 🤩 See you soon!

As Governor DeWine stated yesterday, salons have not been permitted to reopen yet. Hopefully, closer to May 12th, we will have more guidance as to a future opening date. I want to let everyone know that I have not forgotten about you and your missed appointments through this. I have everyone’s name on a list, and once I am clear on a date I will be rescheduling each appointment. To be fair, I have to do this in the order they were missed, starting back at March 19th. But in the meantime, please know:
* I am diligently preparing with the proper disinfectants, and supplies to reopen safely when allowed. 🧼
* I will be working late evenings and longer weekend hours for a few weeks to try to accommodate everyone’s desires to come in as soon as possible...but I cannot get everyone in the first week we open back up. 😓
* Business will operate a little different for a while, so please be understanding and patient with the process as we work through this together. 😀
* Masks will be required by anyone entering our building, so please plan on wearing one if you have one. 😷
* I miss you all like crazy and can’t wait to see you and catch up on life...while cutting off crazy amounts of hair and coloring an insane amount of quarantined roots. 💇‍♀️💇‍♂️💁‍♀️

With the announcement from Governor DeWine closing all salons today, I will officially be closed starting tomorrow until further notice. Though it is unknown when we will be allowed to operate again, I’m going to try to navigate through this the best way possible. I will be in touch with all of you that have already scheduled appointments in the coming days/weeks.

I have complete faith we all will get through this stronger than we were before 😀 Stay healthy, and enjoy the time with your family. I will see all of you hopefully sooner rather than later! 🙌 Feel free to reach out with any questions.

Dear Clients,

I want to inform everyone that I am still taking appointments and working my normal schedule, unless I am informed otherwise.

Please know that I will continue to be diligent with disinfecting and sanitizing between each client, as well as taking extra steps to make sure my salon environment is safe for all of us.

Up to this point, no clients have been symptomatic, so I do ask, if you or anyone in your family are experiencing any symptoms, please be respectful and cancel/reschedule your appointment. I know these times are uncertain, and I will keep you all informed of any changes that may take place for the salon industry.

For anyone that has an appt this Friday or Saturday, the Buckeye BBQ Festival is this weekend and will be taking place right outside of the salon, so please allow yourself a little extra time to navigate the craziness 😬 There will be security set up in our main parking lot for customers and there should be spots reserved for salon clients. Call or text me if you have any issues!

For those of you that may not have received my email last week, my last day of work before maternity leave will be Saturday September 15th and I will return back to work on Wednesday October 24th (full time). Many clients have already booked their hair appointments through the end of the year, so if you know you need in before or after I am out on leave, or around the holidays, I recommend you book soon to get your desired appointment time.
