Please understand that when you cancel, reschedule last minute or no show to your appointment, it is very difficult for us to fill that appointment without proper notice.

We understand that emergencies happen and things in life pop up that our out of our control. We would never penalize for those types of things.

As a small business, our schedule is our livelihood. We schedule appointments to ensure your time with the stylist is guaranteed. Once we fill our schedule, we turn away other clients who want to potentially fill that appointment.

We ask you please be courteous when canceling or rescheduling your appointments, and give us a 24 hour notice at the very least!
