Wanted to put a great big congratulations to our Blender Bar buddy Jake Linstad! He completed his first full Ironman this weekend in Lake Placid! For those who are unfamiliar with the triathlon, it’s a 2.4 MILE swim 🏊‍♀️ followed by a 112 MILE bike 🚲 and finished with a full marathon of 26.2 MILE run 🏃‍♂️!! The girls at Studio 162 are super proud of you!
