I have just a couple reminders for you..

🔹️️WE DO NOT OFFER ONLINE BOOKING. So if you have booked yourself an appointment online, it is not with us. There is a salon called "b.hairstudio" in Beacon NY. That is obviously not us. I have posted this before.
If you come in saying that you booked an appt online and we tell you that we don't offer online booking, please do not yell and demand WE keep your appointment. Please understand that is not how that works. We are happy to schedule you for another time.

🔹️ Mondays are optional work days for us. Kim is typically here from 9-2 and accepting walk ins. However it is not always guaranteed and appointments are preferred.
We are open Saturdays so Sundays and Mondays are our "weekend".

⚠️ATTENTION ⚠️

We had a glitch in our system. It would appear that if you scheduled an appointment between January 14th and January 21st for a later date it may have been deleted. Our booking system upgraded and started sending confirmation text messages. If you did not confirm your appt within 12 hours your appt was automatically deleted. We were not notified of any of these appointments being deleted. We were not aware this was even happening until recently. After some investigating I have determined the appointments that were deleted were made between 1/14 and 1/21.

So if you made an appointment during that time and would like to confirm it is still in the system please give us a call!

We are very sorry for the inconveniences this has caused. Your understanding and cooperation is very much so appreciated. We are just as frustrated as you. Please understand this was out of our control and we are trying our best to accommodate any double bookings.
