Urgggggg … the internal struggle is real. I know you know. Small business owners have the weight of the world on top of them already, why add the extra stress of creating for the internet? To be real, the algorithm can kiss my 🍑

I don’t want to create a salon space where the outside world has complete access to us. I personally want privacy. I want you to come to an appointment with the understanding I am here for you & your needs-not the trends. I want my clients to be comfortable knowing they won’t be on the web if they don’t want to be but if you do-that’s okay too.

I’m grateful my business is thriving in a small town through word of mouth. It truly makes a huge impact on my own mental health + well being that I don’t have to be a “content creator” in order to own + operate my salon. We are already creating, everyday.

Many stylist across the board are feeling this same way.
How are we battling the dilemma? Have you caved and started creating extra to join the algorithm in hopes of a boost of clientele? How many of you have successfully built your business through social networking online? Do your clients feel shy and standoffish when it comes to the photo shoot time portion of the service? Just a quick update-
My books will be closed the 23rd-3rd for me to move into my new space. I am yet announcing a “grand opening” until I am settled in and my current clients are being taken cared of in full before taking on any new. Can’t wait to see you all soon!
