How much are they making from each service? What would adding a few more appointments each week do to their paycheck? What does their next income goal actually require from them?
In a sense, this is a sales job. And it’s a lot easier to feel motivated when you can see exactly what you’re working toward.
Anett’s advice? Have monthly meetings. Go over the numbers. Show them the potential. Give them a goal they can actually visualize.
