What’s the difference between adding layers and actually creating shape in the hair?

Because it’s not always about adding more layers.

She started with one-length hair, so I added long layers through the back to create movement while keeping her fullness. Then I brought the face framing in at the collarbone so it blended into the rest of the cut instead of taking over the whole look.

And then… we gave her color a little love 🫶🏼

Her glaze helped even out her tone, add that glossy finish, and refresh her color without committing to permanent color. This glaze can last about 3 months or 25 shampoos.
