✨️Matteson & Chicagoland Stylist Hair By Mocha is dedicated to quality and customer service.
I sincerely enjoy what I do and it is reflective on the smiles and repeat business of my clients. I promise individual attention and excellent value for all of my customers. Appointments: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment if possible. There is a 15min grace period, then your appt is cancled! I schedule appointments according to my availability and expertise. If you are running late, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it may lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. As a courtesy to all clients, my services are completed as scheduled. Cancellations of all services require a 24-hour notice. No-Show clients will be charged a portion of the cost. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcome.
