I mean they are two sentences from saying, “You uppity DEI how dare you compete in a national show.”

Little do they know this just fuels me more!

I’m going to say this as respectfully as I possibly can…

This isn’t towards any particular person but it has gotten out of hand and needs to be addressed.

PLEASE DO NOT CALL, DM, OR TEXT ME BEFORE 10 am OR AFTER 6 pm. UNLESS you are cancelling an appointment last minute.

I am sick of being woke up all times of the day an night by unnecessary text, messages and non-sense. There is a messaging option on the booking site. Please utilize that.

I have a booking site for a reason. If the appointment isn’t there, I don’t have one.
If you need to cancel, cancel through the booking site. I am no longer forgiving last minute cancellation fees no no call/no show fees. If you no-call/show and your card doesn’t go through, you will be permanently blocked.

If you book for one service, just to get on the books, but then come in requesting another service that is more intense or longer, your appointment will be cancelled and you will be charged for last minute cancellation. My schedule is set up with time limits on services so that I can ensure I have time to do what I need to do and also make sure you have the best experience. Booking for a haircut only but coming in wanting a silk press isn’t going to happen.

Please do not arrive more than 5 mins before your appointment. I do not have the seating to accommodate for you to wait. If you are taking a ride share please schedule accordingly. Also THERE IS A STRICT NO CHILDREN UNLESS BEING SERVICED POLICY.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY: I will no longer be accepting children under 10 for services.

Last but not least, when you arrive for your appointment, please remain in your car and call or message me when you are outside. We keep our doors locked for safety reason. Knocking or banging on the door interrupts the zen and calm we try to provide to our clients.

I appreciate each and everyone of my clients and hope that you understand my policies and rules are to ensure you have the best experience when you come to be serviced by me.

It’s that time of the year! I am going on vacation!
I will be out of the salon August 7-15! Please book your appointments ahead of time! I will be out of the country and will not be able to answer any calls, emails or messages. Back to school will be coming up and you don’t want to wait until the last minute!!!

Those of you who have standing appointments during that time, please contact me directly to reschedule your appoints for before I leave or after I return. You are my priority clients!
