Acoustics time! 🧩

This Sunday March 2nd is the 18th Annual Acoustics for Autism music event in Uptown Maumee.

There will be several roads closed during this event. The bridge between Maumee and Perrysburg will remain open during the event.

Access to Maumee Tackle will be available from East Wayne at Gibbs Street. You will be able to cross Conant Street to get to Maumee Tackle. There will not be access from Allen Street and West Wayne Street.

Handicap Parking for the event will be in the 100 Block of East Wayne Street.

Road Closures:
• 200 through 400 Block of Conant from 6am until 10pm on Sunday March 2nd.
• 100 Block of East and West Wayne from 2pm Saturday March 1st until 10pm Sunday March 2nd.
• 100 Block of West Dudley from 6am Sunday March 2nd until 11pm Sunday March 2nd
• 100 Block of East Dudley be closed to thru traffic, however public parking will be maintained up to Conant.
• West Mews starting at 10am on Friday February 28th

The City of Maumee has issued the following press release on Friday, January 10:

With snow predicted in the forecast, a group of Maumee volunteers has stepped up to help those Maumee residents who are in need of snow shoveling at their home.

If you are homebound or a senior and need help shoveling snow, our small group is here to assist you and will do our best to accommodate all requests on a first-come, first-serve basis. This service is being provided for the benefit of Maumee residents only.
