Yoga on October 21 and November 18 is cancelled, due to too many good things happening at the art co-op! (A live drawing session is scheduled in the gallery for those nights, which you are all welcome to attend!) So the NEXT YOGA CLASSES are October 28 and November 4 and 11 @ 6:15. FYI, there's an event tonight at the co-op, so we'll switch things up and walk along the River Walk to a shelter, enjoy some standing yoga poses al fresco, and walk back (class is about 50 minutes). Please wear walking shoes and check Facebook for updates if the weather turns!
