Cancellation Policy Reminder

A friendly reminder regarding my cancellation policy:

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in a 50% service charge.• No-call/no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

I completely understand that life happens and unexpected situations come up. However, my time is very valuable and limited, and last-minute cancellations and no-shows make it difficult to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for appointments.
