Sometimes, the smallest changes create the biggest transformation. ✨

My client recently had her hair colored while traveling, but the final result felt a little too light for her complexion. Instead of a complete color correction, we made one simple adjustment: adding a soft root shadow.

By creating a little more depth at the root, we added contrast that made the blonde feel more balanced, more natural, and much more flattering against her skin tone.

Hair isn’t just about going lighter—it’s about creating the right dimension and harmony for you. Sometimes, it’s not a major transformation that makes the difference… it’s the thoughtful details.

After 4 months of grow-out this transformation was about refining and controlling my clients brassiness and warmth.

Here is what I did:
— Lowered the level intentionally to rebalance warmth
— Selected a controlled neutral, warm tone rather than defaulting to ash and canceling everything out.

If there is one thing I’ve learned throughout my years of working behind the chair —

It’s that some of the longest and most meaningful relationships happen in the chair.

For clients, it’s a way to escape their fast paced life to a safe environment where you are able to share your thoughts, feelings, ideas, and memories.

It’s an environment where you express some of your deepest feelings and just want to be heard. You know that my space is a safe place, and that whatever we talk about — stays there.

But what you don’t realize is that you impact me in so many ways. You make me feel valued, appreciated, and loved. You continuously cheer me on in my journey, and I can’t thank you enough for that!
