Cancellation Policy

I am fully aware that sometimes circumstances beyond our control may mean you have to cancel. As most of you know I try to be flexible where I can, but after quite a few recent no shows and last minute cancellations, I am enforcing a new cancellation policy.

With that being said, I do block out time and turn away others when you have a scheduled appointment. I am an independent business and hope you can appreciate the huge impact this has.

I am sure you can all imagine the feeling of turning up for work for a full day only to find out you won’t be getting paid, that is what it’s like for me when you don’t show up and I don’t have enough time to fill the appointment.

Please give me at least 24 hours notice when canceling your appointment so I can book someone else in your place. My appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Regretfully, since the services are reserved for you personally, a Cancellation fee will apply.

- Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

- “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

- Appointments made within the 24 hour period and need to cancel, the client then must cancel within 4 hours of appointment time or will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

Please, also note that if you are late your service may be shortened but you will be charged the full service price.
