💧 Your self-care can be good for you—and kinder to the planet, too.
With our community facing a serious water shortage, we’ve been thinking about one of the choices we’ve made at Hair in Harmony from the very beginning: using less water.
For years, we’ve used ECOHEADS North America water-saving faucets throughout the salon.
A typical salon can use around 16 gallons of water to rinse one color service. We use about 3 gallons.
That’s a pretty big difference—and when water is precious, every gallon matters. 💧
We believe you shouldn’t have to choose between taking care of yourself and taking care of the planet.
So the next time you’re choosing where to spend a little time on you, consider choosing a salon that has been making more sustainable choices for years. 🌿
Because self-care feels even better when it aligns with what you care about.

Our Harmonista team had the opportunity to attend an incredible educational event Sullivan Beauty featuring industry icon Kevin Murphy—and experiences like this are such an important part of who we are.
We’re constantly researching what’s next in our industry, especially when it comes to cleaner formulations, sustainability, ingredient choices, and products that truly perform. 🌎💚
Attending education together gives us the chance to learn, ask questions, experience products firsthand, and bring that knowledge back to the salon. It’s one of the many ways we continue our quest to make thoughtful choices for our clients, our team, and our planet.
And for Melissa, this one was extra special. After spending so many years working behind the scenes at industry events, it felt pretty amazing to simply sit back, take it all in, and enjoy being inspired alongside her team. 🥹✨
