Lash Fill vs. Full Set Policy

Beautiful, luxurious lashes are part of your self-care experience and keeping up with your scheduled maintenance is the key to maintaining that full, flawless look.

If you look in the mirror and think, “I don’t really need a fill just yet,” I encourage you to keep your appointment. Lash extensions are designed to continue looking full between visits, but waiting too long between fills means more natural lash growth, more shedding, and ultimately more time and product are required to restore your set.

Here’s the difference

2–3 Week Lash Fill
A fill appointment is recommended every 2–3 weeks. During this visit, grown-out extensions are safely removed, and new extensions are applied to your healthy natural lashes. This maintenance keeps your lashes looking full and beautiful while protecting the health of your natural lashes. Fill appointments typically take 60–90 minutes.

4+ Weeks = Full Set
Once you reach or exceed the 4-week mark, your natural lash growth causes existing extensions to grow out, shift, and twist. By this point, many clients have lost more than 50% of their extensions, and a significant number of the remaining lashes require removal due to outgrowth.

At this stage, the service requires the same amount of time, precision, and product as applying a bran new set. For this reason, appointments after 4 weeks are considered Full Sets and are priced accordingly.

My goal is for every 2–3 week fill to restore your lashes back to 100% fullness and coverage on all healthy, available natural lashes.
