If you have an upcoming appointment and the heat is making it difficult to get out, please know it is completely okay and understandable to reschedule for a cooler day or a different time. There is no need to put yourself at risk.

Please remember to:

☀️ Limit time in extreme heat when possible
🚗 Never leave anyone (or pets) in a hot vehicle
🧴 Take care of yourself and listen to your body
