What is Direct Primary Care?
•Instead of a cost/claim for each individual service, there is a monthly subscription fee
•Unlimited access to the actual physician, including availability to their patients outside of traditional office hours (not the nurse, not the PA)
•This subscription fee covers services in the aggregate--patient care as a whole, not as a line item
•Not to be confused with concierge medicine which typically charges a yearly or monthly access fee just to be allowed to see the doc, and then still charges you or your insurance fees per visit/service.


What services do we provide?
•24/7 access to your provider via phone, text, telehealth, etc.
•Discounted prices on labs
•Routine panel which includes CMP, CBC, Lipid panel, TSH, A1c is $20 compared to over $200 at most clinics
•Many other labs at very reduced prices
•Discounted imaging
•Basic in house x-ray $20
•Negotiated prices with MRHC for more complex imaging (x-rays, CT and MRI’s)
•Laceration repair, splinting fractures, abscess drainage, skin lesion removal, after hours visits and other services are included at no additional costs
•Housecalls for those that live in McAlester
•Unrushed appointments
•Same day and next day appointments

Weight loss consults
•This is offered as part of our primary care if desired
•Popular weight loss medications provided at cost

Membership Costs
•Adults - $99
•Children - $39
•Family Membership - $260
•Employers – Negotiated separately

Insurance?
•This is not insurance
