My options are getting a large #5 for from the chain restaurant whatburger and wake up a few pounds heavier and inflamed. OR pay Keto Sweets and Treats a family owned business, the same price for their cheesburger, chips and drink and continue my weight-loss.
Same price. Different goals.

How much do I trust Keto Sweets and Treats?
3 hours ago went in there after an amazing workout with trainer Lynn. Was so hungry that I ate 2 of their keto burgers, quest chips and dessert. 3 hours later still making ketones
