If I am honest, I was really disappointed in myself and my burpee beep test for my post GC Challenge baseline. As we started GC, I did 45 in a 2 minute beep test. Not bad considering I did 36 on Dec 7 when we started Gritmas. At 3 weeks, I tested again and came up to 53. I was THRILLED. I still modify with the step, and on the beep test, I don't jump so I can compare to the first time equally. This morning I decided at the last minute to do a beep test as a post challenge baseline. I shared I wasn't casting. I was watching it on my phone. I wasn't wearing reading glasses, so I couldn't see the timer which I use to help me pace myself. At the last minute, I gave it a go. I was disappointed that I ONLY did 50. Can you believe how dumb that is? Now, at the end of the evening, I realize how silly I was. First of all, the goal for the beep test is 50. I hit it. Second of all, that's still 14 more than I did Dec 7 and 5 more than I did at the beginning of GC. Finally, I had no clue what pace I was on. So now I am a happy camper, and I realize and can celebrate that I have come a long way. AND I will do it again with the first Stronger Challenge Grit I have from my new Firestick set up in my Bonus Room.
So, the point of my story? Don't sell yourself short! The numbers may not be where you hoped (whether it be on the scale, a baseline, or your waist line), but look at the big picture and celebrate how far you've come. I will share my baselines tomorrow, but for tonight I will say, I did freaking AWESOME!

Took some time (forever) this evening to move my Firestick from my bedroom to my Bonus Room/Gym, download and set up the LMOD app on it, and finally set up the sound bar I bought for the room. Logging in on the app was a pain, but I got it eventually. Hopefully this will solve the not casting consistently problem I had this morning. Happy almost Valentine's Day to me!

You know I wanted it if I did the darn class on on my phone. I couldn't get the to cast right to my TV, so I just pushed play on the phone and did my best. The hard reset on my Fitbit helped some, but it still misses the increase early in the workout. There were burpees in this warm, and I looked down and saw 88. Ugh.... tightened my band and just moved on. I still am not a fan, but I did it AND I didn't fall on the 1 legged standing strength things. The is unofficially done since tomorrow is a schedule rest day. I loved it. Need to finish up my baselines, and then it's on to the on Monday. Happy Saturday, y'all! Enjoy!!!

One of the best presents you can give yourself is a good night of sleep. How many hours do you average a night? If I don't get at least 7, I am evil.

My right foot is a little swollen. I need more water and some clean and yummy food. That one is bottle #4 so far today. Got in a 20 minute brisk walk at work before checking in for summer school. Followed it up with my mean green spinach meets assorted berries smoothie with other stuff for good measure.
My goals this week? Move my b***y, drink my daily water, sleep 7-8 hours each night, and eat yummy and clean.
Bring on Day #1!
Breakfast is served! The muffins I made yesterday are amazing! I have a donut for midmorning too. Yummy!

Still a little dry cough, but I need to move on..... I made bacon, egg, and cheese muffins for breakfast this week to have with coffee. Prepping some strawberries now. Looking forward to my lunches prepared by ! I also have a light and portable afternoon snack/dinner. Working until 7:00, so I need to be prepared.

Two days in a row! Drank the whole bottle in spin. Thanks, Diana..... for a great ride.
Over on protein but fat and carbs are good. The 3rd piece of Golden Roast chicken put me over on protein, but I was actually hungry.
I had 3 "meals" that were chicken today..... not one sign of beef. Trying to increase my fish and poultry. Three solid keto menu items from Keto On! including my yummy donut. Overall, it was a good day.
