On ouchy days (like today for me) its even more important to recognize that pain makes it soooo much easier for the primitive "fire alarm" in your brain to take over (stupid amygdala). You're tired and aggravated at the world. Remember to be kind/gentle with yourself and consciously bring your thoughts back to the logical front of your brain. Remember that you're an amazing, beautiful, talented, badass. Use those breathing and mindfulness techniques, find that good smelling candle that you love, cuddle up with your fav book/tea/blanket and reset ♥️
(It doesn't hurt to grab a cinnamon roll and praline coffee from Sol Flour too 😉)

And maybe a lil music to make you smile!
