Join me, Lydia, this summer in The Loft at Pura Vita LLC for a supportive and energizing functional movement program designed to help girls feel stronger, more mobile, balanced, and confident heading into the school year

Participants will work on:
• Flexibility
• Mobility
• Balance
• Resisted strength training using bands & high repetitions

I hold a degree in Kinesiology and have spent the past 10 years personal training and leading group fitness classes. In October 2025, I opened Elite Aesthetics & Wellness, where I combine wellness, movement, and confidence-building in a welcoming environment.
