Grief isn’t a straight line. It’s not something you climb once and reach the top of. It’s the fall, the crash, the slow climb — and sometimes, it’s all of that in the same day. You can think you’ve made progress, and then a song, a scent, or a memory sends you right back down again. That doesn’t mean you’ve failed. It means you’re human. Healing doesn’t erase the pain — it just teaches you how to fall softer each time. How to stand up faster. How to keep climbing, even when the steps feel endless. So if you’re still bouncing between okay and not okay, please know — you’re not doing it wrong. This is grief. This is what rebuilding looks like. 🤍 💌 Comment LETTER and I’ll send you the link to The Grief Letter — my weekly reflections, rituals, and reminders that healing isn’t linear, but it’s always possible. #grief #griefjourney #griefandloss #griefandlosssupport #griefawareness
