Essential Oils with Calming Spirit

When you bring your fruits and veggies home from the grocery store, do you ever wonder what is on them orhow long they will last this week. Try this tip:

To clean germs and toxic preservatives and bacteria that can cause rotting or mold. After unpacking your groceries, fill the kitchen sink with cold water and add a 2 -3 drops of dõTERRA Essential Oil
such as Lemon, Wild Orange or On Guard.

Place your fruit and veggies in the sink and agitate for few minutes; you can use the same water for several batches

Dry and put in your fruit bowl on the table, in the fridge crisper, all ready to use!
