The Summer Solstice—also known as Litha—is the longest day of the year, when the sun reaches its highest point in the sky. This vibrant turning point marks the peak of light, abundance, and warmth in our seasonal cycle. Traditionally honored across many cultures, the Summer Solstice invites us to pause and celebrate life, growth, and the radiant energy of the sun.
At this time of year, nature is in full bloom. Gardens are bursting with color, fruits begin to ripen, and the earth offers her gifts generously. It's the perfect time to align ourselves with this energy—by reflecting on our own growth, setting intentions, and basking in the joy of the present moment.
Ways to Celebrate the Summer Solstice:
🌻 Spend time outdoors soaking up the sunlight
🕯️ Light a candle or bonfire to honor the sun’s power
🌿 Create a nature altar with seasonal flowers and herbs
🎨 Make something with your hands—art, candles, or sun catchers
💛 Meditate on gratitude, abundance, and inner radiance

Hi friends,
I know I’ve been MIA for a bit, and I wanted to take a moment to share why—because if you’re part of this community, you’re part of my heart.
The truth is, I’ve been moving through one of the hardest chapters of my life. I’m currently going through a divorce (not my choice), and it’s been a heavy, emotional process. On top of that, my body has been waving a few red flags—low potassium, pneumonia, and a few other health hiccups landed me in the hospital more times than I’d like to admit over the past six months. Nothing too serious, thankfully, but enough to force me to slow down and really start prioritizing my well-being.
For a while, I was just trying to survive. But now? I’m finally starting to breathe again.
This journey—painful as it has been—has gifted me something unexpected: freedom. I asked Spirit to remove all the blocks from my path… and let’s just say, Spirit delivered. Every layer that no longer served me has been stripped away, and now I come home to my kids and feel peace. We just live life, without the drama. It feels like lightness, like truth.
I was clinging to comfort and fearing change, but I’ve learned that change is where the magic really lives. So if you’ve been calling in transformation, just be ready—because when it arrives, it clears the way whether you're prepared or not.
I’m still healing, still growing, but I’m also stepping forward with more clarity and purpose than ever.
💫 New workshops and live events are finally here!
I’m so excited to share what’s coming—this next season is all about alignment, empowerment, and reconnecting to our true selves. Whether you’ve been with me for years or are just joining the journey, thank you for being here.
More details on upcoming offerings are below—check them out and come be part of this next chapter with me.

Shadow work is the practice of exploring the hidden, repressed, or wounded parts of ourselves—the aspects we often deny or push away due to fear, shame, or past conditioning.
By acknowledging and integrating these shadows, we can achieve deeper self-awareness, healing, and personal growth.
Ways to engage in shadow work include journaling to uncover subconscious patterns, meditation to sit with uncomfortable emotions, inner child work to heal past wounds, and working with a trusted guide or therapist.
Approaching this practice with compassion and curiosity allows us to transform our shadows into sources of strength and wisdom.

I am Burnt Out, What Do I Do
Recently, I felt overwhelmed by the holidays, long hours, and exhaustion, leaving me tired and demotivated. I knew then, I was experiencing burn out. Through meditation, I realized the solution was simple: more self-care and less work. By prioritizing rest, daily meditation, and moments of joy, things began to fall back into place. If you’re feeling the weight of burnout, know you’re not alone—it’s okay to pause and reset. Self-care isn’t selfish; it’s the foundation for showing up as your best self.
10 Tips to Prevent Burn Out
1. Set Boundaries prioritize what matters
2. Schedule Self-Care: block time for activities that recharge you
3. Get Enough Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality every night
4. Mindfulness: add meditation, breathing, or journaling to your daily routine
5. Take Breaks: Step away from work periodically
6. Stay Active: Regular exercise boosts endorphins, energy levels, and mental well-being.
7. Nourish Your Body: Eat balanced meals with whole foods
8. Connect with Others: Spend time with supportive friends or loved ones
9. Limit Screen Time: Unplug from technology during non-work hours
10. Listen to Your Body: Pay attention to early signs of burnout, like fatigue or irritability, and adjust your schedule before it worsens.

Samhain & Day of the Dead
Let's address the elephant in the room: some people believe that Día de los Mu***os is about worshipping the dead, but that’s not true. Día de los Mu***os is a tradition where, for a few days, we honor and celebrate the lives of our loved ones who have passed. It is believed that during this time, their spirits come back to visit us, allowing for a beautiful reunion of memories and love, not worship.
The same way Samhain is an ancient Celtic festival celebrated on October 31st, marking the end of the harvest season and the beginning of winter (AKA Halloween) . It’s considered a time when the veil between the living and the dead is thinnest, allowing spirits to visit. Samhain rituals often involve lighting bonfires, honoring ancestors, and reflecting on the cycle of life and death.
