With the Holidays fast approaching I’d like to remind everyone of the client policies that y’all agreed to before booking your first appointment. It’s so important to be on time and not cancel last minute. 🩷💅🏻

Nail Diva Kim Bridges Policies:
1. New clients will need to Venmo a deposit of $40 which is nonrefundable to book an appointment. The deposit will be credited to your service total the day of your appointment. If you cancel or reschedule your appointment your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to send another $40 deposit to reschedule your appointment.
2. If you’re 10 minutes late your appointment will be cancelled and you will need to Venmo the amount of the service to be able to book another appointment.
3. If you no show you will need to Venmo the amount of the service to book another appointment.
4. If you cancel less than 24 hours prior your appointment (unless it’s a serious emergency) you will need to Venmo the amount of your service to book another appointment.
5. I accept Cash, Venmo and Apple Pay

I take your time and mine very seriously. If I’m running late I will text/call you to let you know so that you’re not sitting waiting ❤️
