A great weekend for us turned into not so much a great weekend for Blanche. While being boarded she was attacked by another dog who ripped her upper lip-freak accident. We are grateful for the staff and taking care of her while we tried to get back. She is home resting in her cone of shame and ready to get all the momma cuddles.

is the real MVP. I’ve been sick this week and he has selflessly been not only picking up after me in my trail of Kleenex and cough drops throughout the house but delivering a Medicine Ball Tea each morning after he goes to the gym and evening when he gets home from work.

Truly in sickness and health. 🤧🤒😷

Picture it - December 2020 - approaching the middle of a pandemic and for me the end of a pity party. I had let my environment get the best of me: no energy, bloated, lazy, couldn’t fit in any clothes that weren’t pajamas, and had zero confidence.
I found through IG randomly and studied what the difference was between this digital nutrition program from others. I read different testimonials and conducted research for a few weeks then took the plunge!
I used my 6 week experience to learn, grow, and become much stronger than I’d been in years - mentally, physically, and emotionally. I had energy, no bloating, no heartburn, and started mending my ugly relationship with food. Plus (according to my husband) an improved s*x life 😮😮.
After a year following this program and with a few personal setbacks, I started 2022 energized and ready to . For me, that meant leveling up. I attended a FWTFL Certified Coach Interest even, had an interview, and we accepted! I can't even describe the excitement, joy, and energy I had when I read that email!
Next step was paying a pretty hefty fee, studying, and taking an exam. I PASSED! And now I am a FASTer Way to Fat Loss Certified Coach ready to continue my own journey and share with all of you!
So, what’s my WHY? Just that, leveling up, shouting for all to hear, feeling & living my best while being in my mid-30’s! So glad you are here and I hope my journey can help encourage YOU to keep being better!
