there’s still NO changes!! weight remains the same and no physical difference.. just bare with me on this journey❤️
but ANYWAYS,
from going to the gym to be “skinny” and not taking care of myself to going to the gym because it’s therapeutic and fun has brought not just peace but so much self love that I wish i would’ve given myself before instead of being so negative and ugly to myself ❤️
my journey hasn’t been where i expected to be, however health and life have a huge impact! i’m getting healthier, i’m getting help, i’m taking this slow and giving myself credit!!
don’t let the negative words or thoughts of others OR YOURSELF discourage you from anything ever!!
