She is able to customize each massage according to specific needs and particular pain or soreness. Yully’s expertise and amazing ability to alleviate and rejuvenate pain and discomfort, allows her clients to fully benefit from their individualized massage experience. Types of Massage:
Swedish Massage is one of the most popular and widely recognized forms of massage. The techniques used in Swedish Massage are not only relaxing, as they provide relief from aches and pains, but they also alleviate stress. This is accomplished through long fluid strokes in combination with oils or lotions. Other benefits of this type of massage include: improved circulation, flexibility, mental clarity and appearance. Deep Tissue Massage is a type of massage that concentrates on the deeper layers of tissue in the body. The goal is to dramatically decrease chronic muscle tension. Due to the flushing and removal of toxins from the body during this treatment, it is important to drink plenty of water afterwards. Soreness is common after receiving this type of massage. Sports Massage is a type of massage that focuses on alleviating pains, preventing injuries and maximizing flexibility in athletes of all kinds. It does so by concentrating on areas of the body that are overworked from repetitive motion and aggressive exercise. It also greatly reduces the recovery time after a long or short term injury. Lymphatic Drainage Massage is a type of massage that very gently and accurately moves the lymph in the appropriate direction allowing them to drain properly through the body. It is highly effective on swollen areas of the body, as it relieves built up pressure and boosts immune health. This form of massage can be used as a preventative or corrective measure. Medical Massage is a type of massage that focuses solely on a condition in which a doctor has medically diagnosed. The specific areas of the body that are directly related to the diagnosis are the main focus. This allows the body to self-heal and recover at an accelerated rate. Pregnancy Massage is a type of massage that helps rid the body of aches and pains experienced in pregnancy. This form of massage helps to reduce stress caused by physical and hormonal changes. Additionally, it promotes relaxation and minimizes pain from postural imbalance and extra weight placed on the body. Stone Therapy is a type of massage where heated, and occasionally cold, stones are strategically placed on the body. The stones allow the heat to penetrate deep into the muscles, while greater relaxation is achieved. They provide relief from pain and tension, reduce stress, detoxify the body, and improve upon different bodily systems. Trigger Point Therapy is a type of massage that alleviates pain in the body by using pressure and release on “trigger points.” A trigger point is a tight area, or knot, in the muscle that causes pain and soreness in another part of the body. The long-term benefits greatly outweigh the temporary discomfort associated with this type of massage. TMJ Massage is a type of massage that relieves pain from the temporomandibular joint, located at the jawbone. TMJ pain is associated with clenching and grinding teeth, jaw injury and arthritis. With regular massage, this type of discomfort can be significantly reduced in people of all ages. Massage Cupping Therapy is a type of massage that uses cups to create suction and negative pressure on the body. The cups can be left briefly on an affected area or moved around while gently pulling up using different techniques. Suction reaches deep into the muscles and other parts of the body and allows for increased circulation. This type of massage not only loosens tight muscles, but it reduces inflammation, drains fluid, and removes toxins from the body.
What a beautiful day. I had the privilege of caring for so many people today, and my heart is full. ❤️
My last session reminded me how much our teenagers can carry. School, friendships, and the pressures of growing up can feel overwhelming. If you’re a parent reading this, take a moment to check in with your child today. Give them a little extra love. Listen, even if they don’t quite know how to tell you what’s going on.
And if your family needs support, please know you’re welcome at Yulli Therapeutic Healing Center. We’re here to offer a caring space to pause, breathe, and feel supported. You don’t have to figure it all out alone. ❤️ TherapeuticMassage MassageTherapyMcLean MassageTherapyTysons TysonsVA McLeanVA YulliTherapeuticHealingCenter
That pain you keep ignoring? You may be making it worse without realizing it.
One of the biggest mistakes people make when dealing with pain is continuing the same habits and hoping the discomfort will eventually disappear.
Laura Titus, PT, explains what you should pay attention to instead & why addressing the root of the problem matters.
Don’t wait until the pain starts controlling what you can and can’t do.
📲 Comment “PT” if you’re ready to start moving and feeling better, or contact Yulli Therapeutic Healing Center to schedule with Laura.

After two weeks of traveling, Joseph came back feeling a little puffy and holding extra fluid in his face. We gave him some much-needed care with gentle facial gua sha and light cupping to support circulation and lymphatic flow. ✨
Sometimes our bodies simply need a little help slowing down, releasing tension, and finding balance again. Welcome home, Joseph—we’re so happy to have you back! 💛

Today was such a beautiful reminder of what truly matters: family, faith, love, and togetherness. 🤍🙏
We gathered to celebrate the baptism of my two nephews, and my heart felt so full seeing everyone together. My cousin’s husband is from El Salvador, and his family lovingly prepared fresh pupusas for everyone. It was so special to see how different cultures can come together so beautifully sharing our traditions, our food, our faith, and so much love.
Our family continues to grow! I have so many nieces and nephews that I can barely keep count and today, we received another blessing: a beautiful new baby niece was born! 👶🏻💕
What a joyful day for our family. My heart is overflowing with gratitude. Family is truly one of life’s greatest blessings. ❤️
