Pumpkins are a great source of vitamin A, C and zinc, so treat your skin to this decadent seasonal facial with this pumpkin facial recipe. (Don’t worry, it won’t make you look like a Jack-o’-lantern.)

• 2 teaspoons cooked or canned pumpkin
• ½ teaspoon olive oil
• ¼ teaspoon milk (dry skin) or ¼ teaspoon apple c***r vinegar (oily skin)
• Mix ingredients together and spread on face (avoid eyes)
• Leave on for 10 minutes
• Remove with a warm wash cloth
