Two new offerings to enhance your summer!

Summer of Serenity (SOS)
We've all been feeling a little extra stress lately, so I look forward to sharing a new two-hour ritual with you. We'll start with 75 minutes on the table, your choice of modalities, then we will enjoy a tea ceremony together, and some rituals and practices to support you in feeling grounded and rejuvenated. You'll leave feeling lighter and nourished on all levels!
Two-hour experience, $225 (all inclusive).
Myofascial Release for kids - I'm thrilled to announce that I'm now offering MFR for pediatric clients. Kids on the spectrum, those experiencing digestive issues, sleep challenges, anxiety, toe-walkers, etc. - all can find benefit from this work. Reach out to discuss your specific needs and let's find relief!
