When you book with me, you will now be required to enter a credit or debit card for the reservation.
This is due to several cancellations and/or rescheduled appointments within an hour of the appointment time, and no-show clients for day-long appointments blocked off.
Please note it is very important to attend appointments made with me and as this is my business.
Cancelled/rescheduled appointments cannot be filled on short notice and a no-show is lost revenue.
•‼️You will not be charged unless you miss your appointment/fail to give 24 hours notice.
•‼️RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 hours: The charge to your card will be a HALF of the appointment cost if you reschedule/cancel within 24 hours.
•‼️NO SHOW: You will be charged FULL PRICE of your service if you fail to show at your appointment.
