I have a rare Friday opening in Johnson City at 1pm tomorrow!

Best client phone interruption of my career today.

Alarm goes off...

Client: "I'm so sorry, you can just turn that off."

Me: Looking at the phone and notice it's an alarm. It says
"Gratitude" I look at the client and say "this is your gratitude reminder"

Client: "I need to remember to turn that one off for Wednesdays" 😍

I love clients that listen and take action on the little things.

When people hear "yoga," they often picture difficult poses or being flexible.

That's never been what draws me to it.

What excites me is helping people. Especially kids and parents discover simple ways to understand what their bodies are already trying to tell them.

Sometimes we need to shake.
Sometimes we need to take a deep breath.
Sometimes we just need permission to laugh and move.

That's why I'm so excited to partner with The Treehouse. They're creating a place where families can gather, connect, and build a healthier community together.

This Thursday isn't about doing yoga perfectly. Any regular yogi might even question my technique!

It's about having fun, expressing yourself, and leaving with a few simple tools your family can use long after the class is over.

These sessions explore nervous system regulation, breathwork, somatic awareness, energy work, and creating a safe space for the body to soften long-held patterns of tension and reconnect with itself.

No experience is necessary—just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to be fully present.

As a thank-you for participating in my facilitator training, these sessions are being offered at a SPECIAL DISCOUNT RATE. Small group just $20 and individual $40.
