Starry Night Nail Suite

Life happens 💙✨ Unexpected things show up. We’ve all been there. I completely understand that some things are out of our control. For small business owners, last minute no-shows or cancellations can heavily impact their businesses. A missed appointment = unpaid time. If you have a scheduled appointment with me, please make sure you remember the scheduled date and time. We curate our schedules accordingly to work around holidays, events, ect. That time is reserved just for you. We are all human, and when you’ve been going to a service provider for years eventually things are bound to come up. And that’s okay. But frequent no-shows and last minute cancellations cannot be filled. If you need to cancel your appointment, please be respectful and do so in a timely manner referring to the policy attached. Waiting last minute means the spot will be left open and I will have window of time that cannot be filled. This is absolutely nothing personal 💙✨
This policy is put in place to help my business run smoothly. I love every one of my clients. I’m SO thankful for each and every one of you.
Love, Jacee 🧚🏻‍♂️

Hey everyone! Just a friendly reminder that I updated my price list for nail services. This goes in effect today, November 1st.
Also, I am completely covered up before Thanksgiving, so I’m highly encouraging all clients to pre-book holiday appointments before they leave for the rest of the year to secure your spot.

As always, thank you so much to all my wonderful customers who are always so supportive of me and business. It means the world to me.

Love, Jacee 🌌
