April Carrigan Hair
I help women with fine hair regain their confidence through Organic Color and Extensions.
It was time to try something new....
Brining this service on has been and is continuing to prove how times have changed surrounding Ktip extensions.
Because daaaaang...
Every time I do this I'm completely amazed at how much detail work goes into creating these extensions.
How effortless the color blend is.
How it's not your early 2000s ktips.
NOT AT ALL!!
I'm going to say it and own it are you ready?
I can't believe how WRONG I was for PUSHING this away for the past few years.
I am mind blown.
Because this levels the playing field for the fine haired girlies needing more options for extensions.
The ones who are experiencing hairloss but aren't in the realm of a topper.
The ones who need a little more than wefts can reach
The ones that just need a little more in select spots ..
I'm straight up hooked...
If you're thinking about extensions go check my stories!
The way I book blonding appointments is different.
It is built completely around you.
If you’ve ever been at your salon appointment and wondered, “wait… what am I paying for?”
I built my blonding appointments to take that feeling off the table completely.
Here’s why my highlighting services are all-inclusive:
Because your hair doesn’t fit into a box.
Every head of hair lifts differently, processes differently, and needs something a little different to get you to your goal.
So instead of nickel-and-diming you
I include what we need for your desired look.
✔️ Custom lightening strategy
✔️ All lightener
✔️ Toning + glossing
✔️ Treatments to protect your hair’s integrity
✔️ Finishing + styling
✔️ The time it actually takes to do it right
No surprises.
No rushing.
No cutting corners.
Just a fully customized highlighting experience where the focus is on results + hair health, not a ticking clock.
Because a good highlighting seasion isn’t about how fast we can get you there…
It’s about getting you there the right way .
If you’ve ever felt like your first blonding appointment missed the mark, this is exactly why I do things differently.
The right color plan starts with the right approach, let’s figure out yours together.
If you’ve ever stressed about finding a new salon....
Hiiiii I see you... I get it..
You know that feeling is down right atrocious...
Driving somewhere new
Unsure where to park
Wondering if you’re in the right place
Asking yourself if you put the address in correctly
Walking in already a little anxious before your appointment even begins.
That’s not how your experience with me starts.
From the moment you book, you’ll have everything you need: clear directions, parking details, and exactly what to expect when you arrive.
No guessing.
No awkward “am I in the right place?” moments.
No added stress.
Just a smooth, easy arrival so you can settle in right away.
Your appointment isn’t just about your hair, it’s about how you feel the entire time you’re with me.
And yes, the experience starts before you even walk through the door.

If I’m being honest… I’ve always been someone who notices how people feel, more so than how they look.
It’s a small intuitive gift I guess you could say.
I know, but hey you're literally supposed to pay attention to how people look… well that’s a yes and a no. The main part is yes your hair looks amazing but… this is more on how you feel at your core.
The one that hits the most is I remember what it feels like not to feel like yourself.
To look in the mirror and feel a little disconnected or like something is just off.
That’s what shaped how I work now.
When you sit in my chair, I’m not just thinking about your color or your extensions.
I’m thinking about your life.
Your mornings.
Your confidence.
How you want to feel when you walk into a room.
I take my time developing a good plan because of that.
I ask a lot of questions and I care about the details.
Where most people rush past those perfect nuggets of info and just spear head into the service, I don’t. Because that’s the magic sauce! Its where everything falls into place.
For me, this has never been about creating just a specific "look". It’s about creating something that feels 100% like you.
You don’t have to keep settling. I’m here when you’re ready for something different.

Adjustments are a part of the process.
This is where we leave room for your hair to do its thing.
Everyone's hair responds differently.
It shifts based on stress, health, environment, or previous work.
ALL OF IT!
What we plan on day one may evolve. That is absolutely not a setback, it’s part of the process and is normal.
This is where I’m watching intently.
Refining tones.
Tweaking formulas.
Adjusting placements.
Maybe your hair lifts faster than expected.
Maybe it needs a treatment to help make it more manageable.
Maybe where the extensions are sitting need to be repositioned.
Maybe we shift color, methods, or timing.
Nothing is rigid.
It's fluid.
Everything I do inside of the consult and beyond is intentional.
Because the goal isn’t to force a result, It is to make you aware of the possibilities and how we can pivot.
It’s to work with your hair so the outcome feels seamless and maintainable.
This is part of our conversation is how we stay connected to the vision every step of the way.

The feeling when your color is designed to grow out seamlessly, *chefs kiss*.
These are the things you won't be doing
• You’re not chasing your next appointment
• You’re not dealing with harsh lines or obvious regrowth
• You’re not over-processing your hair just to “keep up”
Instead your color is soft, blended, and evolves in a way that feels natural and effortless.
This is why having strategic and intentional placement matters for your hair.
This is why having the right customizations matter.
This is a major part of why your lifestyle matters and becomes part of our plan.
The goal isn’t just about having beautiful hair color. The sweet spot is that the color still feels like you weeks (and possibly months) later.

It's NEVER been about being ANOTHER salon.
When the idea happened of creating my own space, I knew I wanted to keep things similar to what I had grown to love in my other salon home.
1.) Because of who I am and what I have experienced myself
And
B.) I’ve had so many people sit in my chair over the years and tell me the same things:
-color is insanely itchy or burns but they thought it was normal.
-certain products make them choke, break out in hives, or caused them to have headaches that lasted days.
-the salon felt overwhelming, loud, or just entirely too much.
-they felt judged and talked about because of what they were experiencing.
-they felt like they were on display.
And for a long time, they just dealt with it.
Because where else were they supposed to go or what else were they supposed to do?
The development of my salon came from exactly that.
From paying attention.
From listening a little closer.
From realizing that what feels small and miniscule to some people, can be absolutely everything to someone else.
So no this was never about just being an organic salon.
It’s about creating an experience where your body isn’t in fight-or-flight the entire time.
Where you don’t have to brace yourself before you walk in.
Where you can actually sit, breathe, and feel okay being there.
If you’ve ever felt like you had to just grin and bear it because you didn't have a choice,
you’re not the only one.
And you don’t have to anymore, so, my chair is ready when you are.
Before we talk transformation, we have to get very honest about your starting point.
Yes everyone wants to jump right past the current reality and end up at your dream hair.
The reality is that your current hair tells a story. It's your history, your density, your scalp health, your past services, and your daily habits.
This is where I see what’s actually happening… not just what’s being said.
Have you been coloring at home?
Are you in a shedding cycle?
Are there areas of breakage or stress?
Is your hair finer than it appears?
Is your scalp truly supporting healthy hair growth?
It's a no judgment zone, it just brings clarity.
This step isn’t about pointing out problems.
It’s about understanding your hair as it exists right now, so we can build a plan that actually works.
Rushing past this part is how people end up with damage, unrealistic expectations, results that don’t last, or worse their hearts broke.
When we really understand your starting point, everything clicks: the plan, the expectations, and most importantly it finally feels like you.

Most people think maintenance is about fixing what’s grown out.
But in reality, it’s about protecting everything we’ve already created together.
Your maintenance appointment is a moment for us to check in.
A chance to look at what’s working, what feels off, and decide whether we continue with the plan or make a few thoughtful adjustments.
This goes beyond just one service.
Whether it’s extensions, color, or hair loss solutions, I’m always looking at your hair and scalp as a whole.
How has your hair been shedding since I last saw you?
How is your color wearing over time?
What’s been feeling easy and what’s been a little harder to manage?
Are there any patterns or pain points showing up again?
Do we need to shift your products or add in extra support?
Is your hair asking for a treatment?
Because maintenance isn’t about going through the motions, it’s about understanding what your hair needs in this season.
This is how we keep your hair feeling healthy, supported, and consistent.
Maintenance should never feel like a quick fix. It should always feel like refinement.

Your inspo picture isn't the goal it's the perfect starting starting point.
This is where most people think they’re being clear, but there’s usually more beneath the surface.h
It’s not just about bringing in a photo and saying “I want this.” It’s about understanding why you’re actually drawn to it.
Is it the brightness?
The tone?
The dimension?
The placement of the color?
The fullness?
The way it moves?
The shine?
How the maintenance would be?
Because your desired result isn’t just a color or a length, it’s a feeling, a lifestyle, and how you want to show up every day.
This is where we get really specific.
Where we refine the vision.
Where we align the inspiration being crafted specifically for you.
When this part of your consult is clear, everything else becomes more intentional.
