I just had the most amazing day! 🤗
I spent my Saturday morning volunteering at the Victory Church of God giving kids free back to school haircuts. I did 15 cuts in 3 1/2 hrs, 4 boys, 12 girls. Glitter hairspray was a huge hit! My barbicide bin was full of combs and brushes but my heart was even fuller! 😍
There was one boy who hadn't had a haircut for 3 years. Several girls over the age of 7 who have never had a haircut, whose mother's took home their 1st locks of hair. I took my time and asked most of these kids what the best part of their day was. One little girl stood out to me, I told her when people asked me what the best part of my day was, I would tell them, it was cutting her hair. 😭 I can't tell you who needed this day more, those precious kids or myself but, I think I benefited most. ❤️ God is good!

Check out this beauty! When one of your best girls is ready for a change, you bring your "A game". Looking like fine wine, Kathleen!

Look at that shine!
Red hair, don't care!
Copper over violet, can't wait to see how this fades into an array of colors. ❤️
